Deposit:
A $500 non-refundable deposit will reserve this accommodation and your spot on the retreat with the remainder of payment due no later than 5/1/2018. (In the event that the retreat is canceled, this deposit will be refunded.)
Cancellation Policy:
All payment (minus the $500 non-refundable deposit) can be refunded up until 5/1/2018. No refunds will be given after 5/1/2018.
Travel:
All retreat attendees are responsible for purchasing their flight to Medellin, Colombia (Jose Maria Cordova Int'l Airport - MDE). Arranged shuttles will be departing the airport for Pietrasanta Resort on Sunday, June 10th up until 2pm. Return Shuttles will arrive back at Jose Maria Cordova Int'l Airport on Saturday, June 16th as early as 10:30am (make sure you give yourself time to check in and get through security). If you need to stay the night in a hotel next to the airport before or after the retreat notify us and we will help arrange your accommodations.
